December 1991 - February 1992
Dear Ramblers,
|
I already have the feeling that I have bitten off more than I can chew so bear with me if this information pack is not Al.
|
Paul Brunning: was elected as the Vice President of the Club with the request that Fred McAndrew still consider himself an honorary Vice President because we don't want to accept his resignation. Thank you, Fred, for being such a stalwart Committee member and Vice President over the years. |
Peter Lobo: is Treasurer. Phil Evans: is Ramble List compiler. Tony Finnegan: is doing the Membership and Publicity work. The ladies are all going to help in whatever capacity is Olivia Delargy Helen O'Brien Maureen Mulryan We have already had two Committee Meetings and are gradually getting plans for the new year under way. We very much need the help and co-operation of everyone so that the program for the Club will continue to be interesting and so that Club Members will really find being with each other a relaxing and pleasant experience. It is advisable that someone be asked to keep a look-out at the back of each group of walkers for those who may be straggling and are in danger of being left behind but we should all try to be aware of each other and as supportive as possible. |
The phone nos. of the Committee Members are on the accompanying poster (not reproduced on the websiteand we are willing to be available to answer queries within reason. |
A letter from Maureen Furlong is attached at the end of the list of rambles- thanks for letting us know how you were getting on, Maureen.
Good Wishes to all for a holy Advent and Christmas Season |
