On Sunday 4th November 2018 Roger and Virginia Yelland led a walk in the ever popular Epping Forest area. The walk was advertised in the Autumn Programme as follows:

Meet:         Loughton Station (Central Line: Zone 6): at 10.00 for a 10.15am                     prompt departure. Loughton is approximately 45 minutes from                       Oxford Circus
Lunch:      The Bull, Theydon Bois, just two minutes’ walk from the station.
Tea:           Epping Village.
Distance: 10 leisurely miles through the western and northern beech woods                    of Epping Forest returning from Epping (Central Line: Zone 6).
Fare:         Oyster/Freedom pass options. Epping is three stops from                                Loughton for those who wish to leave cars at the start.
