SUBSCRIPTIONS
A number of members have still not paid their subscriptions - £1. annually, In
future owing to the higher postal rates lists will only be sent to paid up members.
We send our best wishes and hopes for a speedy recovery to Peter Sturridge who fell and broke his leg on a ramble in the Chilterns, Peter had to spend two weeks in the High Wychombe General Hospitel but is now at home again.
Prayers are again asked for Leon Thomson recovering after an operation in hospital.
ANNUAL RETREAT
SUNDAY March 9th 1975 La Retraite Convent, Atkins Road, London, SW4.
As this is Holy Year the theme is to be Renewal end Reconciliation [and the priest, because he was so popular last year, will again be Fr. HanLey,
The nuns are unable to provide a meal this year but at a cost of 25p. will provide soup and tea. It is suggested that we brinrg a packed lunch and pool it to make a communal meal. The day will start with coffee at 10.15. and finish with Benediction at 4.30. Holy Mass will be at 12.00. PLEASE MAKE AN EFFORT TO ATTEND.
How to get to La Retraite. Nearest tube station Clapham South (Northern Line). On leaving the station cross theroad and turn right (Balham Hill) take 5th on left, Dismore Road, Walk down Dismore Road to Cavendish Road and Atkins Road is almost apposite. The entrance to the Convent is on the right hend side.
HOLIDAYS
EASTER WEEKEND March 28th - 31st
Swanage Y. H. Dorset.
There are still e few vacant tplaces, so book quickly with £1 deposit to Joan Colthup. The hostel is situated in the centre of Swanage and is modern with central heating and showers. Walks will include Corfu Castle and the scenic coasal walk. We will travel by train to Warham and then by bus to Swanage. The cost, including fare, will be about; £7. 50.
EASTER IN ROME

HOLIDAY IN IRELAND

KathIeen Holland is giving up as organiser, after many years and we have not yet found a successor but Joan Colthup is happy to run it this yeer. This is a valuable event in the Club year when active members are able to keep in touch with married members and their children. We must keep up this contact.
