Would ramble leaders and potential leaders, please, check that the train you intend to use is still running and that the station from which you plan to start is still open as British Rail have severelv curtailed some services recently.


Social Activities Organiser Frank Keating has resigned from the committee and so the planning of social events has been shared out amongst some of the remaining members for the present. We hope to co-opt another male member to fill the vacancy.

Please remember ,in your prayers Paula Hopper (nee) Matt)'s mother who died recently, also, Catherine Notley  (nee Martin) a former club member who has just died. Fr. Higgs v/ill be of'fering Mass at st Joseph's, Bunhill Row at 6.30pm on T1uesday 18 August 1981.


Congratulations to Jean and Bill Mulderigg on the birth of their son Daniel Francis on 5 March 81.
