DEATHS
We regret to report the sad news of the death of Nora Smeaton's Mother and a Club Mass will be arranged at a later date.


Many thanks to all those who helped with the Bazarr at  Bunhili Row. An all .time record of £112 was made. Our thanks especially to Norah for all the hard work. It is good to leave st. Joseph's with flying colours.

THE DAY OF RECOLLBCTIDN wiil he held at La Retraite Convent ~ Atkins
Road, London SW12 on 28th March - Neare't Underground Station is CLAPHAM SOUTH. It will be given by Fr Christopher Pritchard and will ccmmence at 11.00 a.m. Mass will be at 12 noon. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN SANDWICHES. Hot soup  and tea vvill be provided. Cost 30p.


SPRING BANK HOLIDAY WEEKEND:- This year the Location is GUESTLING YOUTH HOSTEL near Hastings, Sussex.) Anyone interested please send deposit of £2 to Maurice Hickman as soon as podssible.

Mary Hickman is going on the 10th Anniversary of the Castleb'r
International Walking Festival. June 20th to July 3rd. Approximate
cost £80. Please contact her if you are interested.


The AnnuaL CHILDRENS' PARTY will be on Saturday May 15th at Bunhill
Row from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.


The Parties at Members' houses appear to be a great success. It is
suggested that in order to defray expenses a contribution of 50p be
made to the host or hostess.
