How to get to La Retraite: - The nearest tube station is Clapham South (Northern Line) about 20-30 r'linutes journey from the Bank or Charing Cross.On leaving the Station cross the main road and turn right (Balha:rn Hill), take the fifth turning on the left (Dinsmore Rd.). Wal:k down Dinsmore Rd, to Cavendish Rd. and Atkins Rd .is almost opposite.The entrance to the Convent is on the right hand side.

CLUB H0LIDAYS:

SWITZERLAND:Richard Sumner is organising a holiday to Grachen, near Zermatt from 17:6:72 – 1:7:72. Accomodation will be in a chalet (self catering but it is expected that main meals will be had in a restaur­ant). The party will fly to Geneva from Gatwick Airport on the Saturday and thence by train.The use of the Swiss holiday ticket will reduce the cost of travel in Switzerland.Excursions will be made to the Zermatt Glaciers,Italy etc.Total.cost will.be in the region of £50- £55.
