RAMBLE LIST AND NEWS June - August 1998

COPY DATE FOR THE NEXT PROGRAMME: FRIDAY 24TH JULY

WHERE HAVE ALL THE LEADERS GONE??
Two programmes ago a request was made for new leaders to step forward and a couple of members have heeded the call, but we still need some more to lighten the load for the long standing (or should that be long walking?), members who frequently lead rambles. Through differing circumstances in the last six months we are having to do without the services of two of our most experienced leaders for the forseeable future and two or three other members who would usually help out on a smaller scale are in the short term unable to lead walks. If you have not lead walks before don't worry, you will get ... . all the support and encouragment you need to build up your confidence. Oh and by the way, it's fun too!!
