Your prayers are requested for the following: - Anne Walsh's Father,

Please also pray for Edward Treby who is ill at present.
Congratulations are in order for Mary and Michae1 Adams on the birth of their son, David Michael, on 1 June1981 and to Paula and Christopher Hopper on the birth of their daughter, Catherine. Mary, on 2 July.
We welcome Theresa Nockles as a new member of the Club and hope to see her joining in many of our activities.
Subscriptions for 1981/82 are due between 1 Septe'mber and 31 December. The present annual subscription is £2.00 and Life Membersh is £20.00.
Ramble leaders take a lot of trouble to organise a day's walk and, while it is
realised that for various reasons the odd member may wish to break away from the ramble early and make their own way home, it is very disconcerting for the leader if a large number do so. Please, unless pressing reasons require you to leave early, and you can be sure that you will in fact get home earlier by going, stay with the leader until the end of the ramble. It is much nore enjoyable and need I say more courteous. After all, we are a club going on an organised ramble, not just a lot of individuals all doing our own thing.
