JUBILEE RAMBLE - SUNDAY 5 OCTOBER 1980 is an attempt to reconstruct the Club's first rambLe (given that a great deal of development has taken place durinq those 50 years). For those members out of practice but wishing to take part, there will be a shorter alternative ramble covering part of the same route and hopefully meeting the main ramble at lunch and tea time.
ACROSS have asked us once again to do a ten mile sponsored walk. Unfortunately the date coincides with our Jubilee Celebrations, so the Committce thouqht that members might prefer just to send in a donation instead of taking part or sponsoring a walker. All donations should be sent to Anne Walsh as near as possible to 5 October and will be acknowledged individually with the December programme. Could we improve on the £200 + sent last year?
