ANNUAL CLUB MASS AND COACH OUTING.
.
The Annual Club Mass wili be celebrated at 9.30 a.m. at St. Mary Moorfields on Sunday October 3rd. Please make a special effort to come to the Mass. It will be followed by a coach outing to Parham House, Storrington, Sussex. The Coach will depart at from out side St.Mary Moorfields immediately after Mass 10. 15 a.m. The cost will be £1.45 which includes the coach fare, admission to Parham House (an interesting Elizabethan House and garden) and a full ham salad tea at the Gables Guest House, Dial Post. The outing will also include a visit to the Church of Our Lady of Consolation, West Grinstead where Hilaire Belloc is buried. There is a chapel, built during the reformation in the presbytery and Benediction will be held there for the Club in the afternoon. Please let Mary heve your name and £1.25 as soon as possible.
ALL NIGHT VIGIL TO LOURDES.
SATURDAY/SUND. 2nd/3rd October. Annual visit to Lourdes for the All Night Vigil. Depart Westminster Cathedral 7a.m. Saturdy for coach to Gatwick. Due back at the Cathedral 10.p.m. Sunday. Cost about .£20. Please let Paddy Fitzpatrick, know quickly if you are interested.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
This will be held at 7. 30. on Tuesday, 5th October. It will be preceded by Mass at 7.00 p,m, at St. Joseph's, Bunhill Row.
There is a nomination form for the new Committee attached to this list. These should be completed end returned to the Secretery not later than19th Septernber.
For the information of newer members; the Committee consists of four ladies and four gentlemen. The duties of the committee include acting as Duty Member on rambles. This involves.looking after new members, making sure nobody gets lost and that all gates are closed. The committee also assists with running off the lists and Magazine and licking the stmps!!
Amember may also ·have special responsibility e.g complier of Ramble Lists.
If you enjoy the Club activities, please try to help other people enjoy them also by giving one year on the Committee.
The Socail Sub-Committee is appointcd by the main Committee and is responsible for arranging Tuesday evening and Saturday events. The ladies prepare and serve tea on Tuesdays end the gentlemen help with putting the record equipment out and away again. Although elections are not held for this committee it shall be helpful if people willing to serve on it give their names to the current ·secretary so that she can :pass them on to the.next Secretary.

ST, JOSEPH'S BAZAAR - 30th October
Norah Smeaton is again oranisation club stalls for Fr. Higg's Bazaar and would be grateful for any contributions, however small, of cash or goods.
The club likes to make the most of this occasion to raise as much cash as possible as a small "thank you" to Fr. Higgs for allowing us to use the school for Tuesday Club activities.
Any kind of article will be acceptable ( bearing in mind that this is a bazaar and not a Jumble Sale)
There will be aTombola, a white elephant stall and a Children's stall.
Contributions can be given to Norah on Tuesday evenings or sent to her at her home address.
