We are indebted to George for photographs taken with his camera and also to Kevin himself and his wife Margaret for photographs they took on the walkout and which are included below;

Almost as essential as the pub lunch is the cupp of coffee before the morning walk begins.

Kevin and Margaret had researched the area well and items of interest on the walk were the decorative stone bridge and the former home of Fanny and Johnny Craddock shown on the right above.

Other items of interest were the former Ovaltine factory and the Apsley Marina seen here on the right.

Not to mention the pleasant scenery and the alll  important lunch stop venue!!

A good turnout of 13 happy ramblers enjoyed the day's walk.

Country lanes and waterside walkways go to make up the perfect day's rambling

An other view of that attractive stone bridge.
