John Burbage's walk around the Tadworth Countryside on 14 August 2016 was heralded in the summer programme as follows:

Sunday 14th August.                                Leader: John Burbage (OS map 187)

Meet               : Victoria 9.10 for the 9.32 train to East Croydon (arr 09.48) to meet the

                        09.58 train to Tadworth (arr. 10.28).

Lunch              : The Royal Oak, Brockham (medium priced mains, light bites, etc.

Tea                 : Possibly in Tadworth.

Distance         : 11 miles mainly on the level but with one large descent and climb over

                        the North Downs.

Fare                : Travelcard/Oyster card/Freedom pass options

Note : Leader may meet the group at East Croydon.
